Delivery subscription is a special grown order that is harvested on the day of your delivery and packaged quickly the same day. There are no refunds. You will need to contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you received unsatisfactory microgreens and we will replace it.
If we delivered you the wrong product or it arrived non-fresh, defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price for a la cart items. Does not apply to subscription delivery service.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or via phone at (239) 227-7036. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return via email/txt msg picture (Email: firstname.lastname@example.org / Mobile (TXT-MSG): (239) 227-7036, we will process your refund and or issue a credit dependent on resolution agreement.
